Before you write

Orders, shipping and returns are handled by Amazon and its sellers. We do not sell products ourselves and cannot see or change your orders. Please use Amazon Customer Service for those.
Product suggestions: send us the kit name or an Amazon link and we will take a look.
Corrections: if a scale, country or era is wrong, tell us the product and we will fix it.

We usually reply within a few days.
